Synot Games is an international provider of gaming content specializing in the development of online casino games and modern slot machines. Operating across multiple regulated markets, the company emphasizes innovative design, appealing graphics, and a seamless player experience—building a strong position in an increasingly competitive industry.

About the Project

As Synot Games expanded into a new market, the company faced a key challenge crucial for the successful launch of its products. The gaming industry in this region is governed by strict legislation that requires specific adjustments to slot machines.

To meet these requirements efficiently and within a short timeframe, the client decided to outsource the project delivery. Our task was to design and implement a solution that would combine legal compliance with gaming appeal—supporting a smooth and successful market entry.

CHALLENGE

Our objective was to develop a conversion system that ensured full compliance with legal regulations without disrupting or limiting the smooth gaming experience.

The solution needed to:

  • Meet all legislative requirements
  • Be technically feasible within the client’s environment
  • Enable fast implementation and scalability for future markets

We assembled a dedicated team of 8 specialists (2 backend developers, 2 frontend developers, 3 QA engineers, and 1 project manager) who worked closely with the client’s business owner. In addition to fulfilling the core product requirements, we also provided suggestions to optimize and improve the overall user experience.

OUR PROCESS

1. Analysis Phase

At the beginning, we focused on gaining a deep understanding of the client’s business logic and technical environment. Together with the business owner, we conducted a product analysis to identify key legislative requirements and their impact on game mechanics.

2. Client Workshops

The main goal was a technical handover—defining detailed tasks and deliverables for each part of our team (FE, BE, QA). We discussed various integration options for embedding the mini-game into existing slot games and collaboratively validated the most effective approach.

3. Prototype Development

After completing the analysis and process setup, we moved to development. Our team created a functional prototype, which was tested directly on slot devices. The prototype included basic UX, logic for converting cash to points, and full communication between the platform and the slot game. The goal was not only to verify technical feasibility but also to prepare the solution for certification and future market deployment.

Results and Business Impact

The result is a fully functional prototype tailored to the client’s environment and technologies. Thanks to the proposed architecture, the solution is fully scalable, adaptable for additional regions with varying legislative requirements, and ready for further extension, such as adding new logic or a mathematical model.
