Transforming into the world of SAP
SIKO needed to move from their outdated B2B technology to the SAP Commerce platform for the Slovak and Czech markets. The reason behind this decision was their dependence on the developers in terms of technical support and also the inability to continuously develop on the old closed solution. Furthermore, modernization of the design was also important, and should meet not only modern demands, but especially the company’s requirements.
Platform standardization and integration
This new solution also brought a single administrative interface for B2B and B2C platforms, which significantly simplifies the company's employees work. It also includes integration with SAP ERP and SAP CRM, such as automatic synchronization of orders, customers, products and their properties, and warehouse management.
Advanced commerce features
Our solution also offers the use of advanced features, such as a ticket system to solve client problems. You will also find order simulation that, based on the selected products in the cart, calculates the price for a given B2B customer according to their sales group. It also enables the B2B customer personification, i.e. creating customer’s image. SIKO’s B2B operator can also easily help clients with their purchases via this platform.
The cooperation between SIKO and Cassovia has been going on for the second year. The main project is the creation of a B2B customer portal on the SAP Commerce platform, which is part of a strategic plan for the digitization of our company's business processes. We make extensive use of the Cassovia team's knowledge of web technologies and greatly appreciate the team's ability to adopt a new platform that requires an operational and proactive approach to the solution.
