Our first speaker, Erik Hric, co-founder of CherryPeak, shared insights into how their Košice-based startup is pioneering digital solutions, from enterprise process management to augmented reality (AR) applications. He gave us a deep dive into the latest AR advancements—and the real challenges of turning an AR-driven business into a success.
AI & Robotics in Cardiology: The Future of Surgery
Next up, Ondrej Palkoci, AI/ML specialist and cloud engineer at med-tech startup CorTech, introduced a game-changing project: an autonomous robotic assistant designed to help surgeons perform minimally invasive heart surgeries. We explored how AI is reshaping healthcare, the challenges of medical robotics, and what the future holds for tech in medicine.
