About the project

Our long-term client needed to quickly strengthen their team with an experienced data analyst and developer to ensure the continuous development of marketing analytics on their website. Thanks to our involvement, the project was able to continue smoothly. Integrating data from various platforms, developing data pipelines, and creating clear reports enabled the marketing and product teams to better evaluate website traffic, optimize the frontend, and effectively monitor the performance of new features.

As the first step, we focused on cleaning the data to ensure the analytical outputs were relevant and usable.

Work was carried out in line with the client’s sprint planning. We responded flexibly to current requirements, prioritizing maintenance tasks and solving emerging issues.

4. Restoration of Data Pipelines and Integration with the New Frontend Solution

During the transition to a new frontend built on the WordPress platform, we ensured a complete restoration of data pipelines and proper integration of analytical tools to prevent any interruptions in data collection and processing.

5. Analysis of User Behavior and UX Optimization

We monitored and evaluated user responses to changes in UX and menu layout. The results of this analysis were used to optimize product presentation and increase website efficiency.

6. Smooth Handover of Agenda to the Internal Team

After Bloomreach found an internal data analyst, there was a systematic handover of all ongoing tasks, insights, and documentation, which ensured the project could continue smoothly without any operational disruption.
